I Perform Fitness
My goal as a coach and trainer is to get people to the "I can" side of their limitless potential. Every day in the gym I hear people say they can't lift that much weight or can't jump that high or can't run that fast. After training with me, I hope their attitude shifts away from that negative mindset. I listen and learn what each client's fitness goals are and find out why those goals are important to them.

Then I educate them about how to achieve them and encourage them every step of the way. DEVELOP, ENCOURAGE and TRANSFORM are words that represent why I founded I Perform Fitness. Developing the best version of ourselves is the hardest path any of us will ever face. It will be challenging. But if you walk down this path, your life will be transformed.

You will become your best possible self. Every session is custom fit to the client's goals. Based on high-intensity interval training, the action is fast-paced and fun. Jordan works with advanced training equipment such as resistance bands, weights, agility harnesses, hurdles and plyometric boxes to keep workouts fresh and effective.
