I have suffered from intermittent lower back pain and SI joint pain for over 12 years coupled with a traumatic knee injury, where my knee cap dislocated and I required surgery. Since 2011, I've dedicated my life to helping myself and other people lessen the suffering of physical, mental and emotional pain with the knowledge and skills that I have learned from my alternative methods and physical therapy career.
In the last 3 years, I've helped hundreds of people in physical therapy (and now other fitness facilities/studios) because of the skills that I learned BEYOND traditional physical therapy and personal training schooling. This has led me to start problem solving my own pains at a deeper level of mechanistic programming, so that I can create the fit and functionally active lifestyle I want to live.

Our training sessions involve postural and movement analysis of the entire body at all times.
This will provide the trainer and client the best overall assessment for objectively defining current movement patterns and imbalances within the client's structure.
If you are uncomfortable complying with the attire request, that is fine.
We can work around some of the clothing during the session.
Our initial, mandatory two-hour assessment is a detailed analysis of your current physical health.
Your movements will be filmed utilizing slow motion recordings for best overall analysis of your body's movement patterns.

I just wanted to let you that after trying the myofascial release like you told me to I have had so much pain relief and range of motion back.
