NASM Certified Personal Trainer Jessica Walker brings over a decade of experience in fitness instruction. Her specialties include both Boxing and Kickboxing Conditioning, Boot camp, HIIT, and Strength Training. Jess is excited to announce she will be taking on new clients out of her fully equipped home gym in Easton, CT dubbed "The Sweat House" for 1-on-1 and small group training.

She has worked with a very broad range of clients and does everything she can to design her workouts to be fun, interactive, and effective for all. So what are you waiting for?
