Participants will get a healthy dose of nutritional tips along with cardio, abdominal and weight training during EACH 1 hr session. When discussing fitness, people sometimes confuse strength with power, but they are not the same thing. Strength is ability of muscles to generate force without concern for speed, and power is the ability to generate force at a high speed.

I have been a personal trainer and fitness instructor in Atlanta, Georgia for 21 years. I specialize in total body training, cardio kickboxing, and abdominal training, however, I am also certified in step, kickboxing, and personal training. I believe in balance, so I incorporate cardio and strength training in every workout session. I truly enjoy training adults and youth!
