McKenna's Gym welcomes everyone to train in Weightlifting or Sports Performance. We offer one-on-one and small group sessions in our facility, and outside off-site sessions for small groups. We offer Weightlifting and other Strength Sports as well as Sports-Performance Preparation. We meet with you and discuss your goals and your abilities and make a plan which will help you achieve those goals.

Mike, Sally, and their staff not only get results, they get results by getting to know you and working with you as a person. Competition, Strength, and Performance goals require more than motivation and hype, they require support in a focused, welcoming environment. We don't have before and after pictures, we're not making claims about magic cures and such.

We want you to be stronger, feel better, enjoy life more. And be stronger.

McKenna's Gym exists to support all athletes with an intelligent, thorough, and tested program to support individual strength and sport needs.
The program is based, as all programs are, on a holistic vision of the athlete as a person.
Success in sport isn't simply lifting weights and following a percentage guide; success is based on winning the daily struggle with psychological, emotional, physical, intellectual, and technical challenges.
We place rigorous demands on our athletes in order to prepare them for the rigorous demands of competition, and we strive to increasingly provide the framework and support for our athletes through a broadening and supportive program.
Small group training, with a qualified coach present at all times to help you reach your goals.
Weightlifting team practice focuses on you becoming a successful competitive weightlifter.
We focus on the technique and strength needed for weightlifting as well as the psychological preparations needed for competitive success.
Sports Performance is for people who want to improve in their sport through strength and conditioning.
We have a proven plan for athlete development and we'll give you individual modifications based on your individual needs.
At McKenna's Gym, we view programs as holistic approaches to achieve athletic goals.
Our practice includes Coaching, technical review, video review, and group support as you work toward your goals.
Furthermore, we help develop specific and measurable objectives which demonstrate how you're progressing through the training process.

Our programming rate is $149 month to month via auto-deduct; the price includes review of up to four videos per workout and unlimited use of the gym and facilities during our open gym hours.
