Signature Fitness will personalize your fitness program by offering a one to one personal training and/or small group instructed classes. We focus on individual attention with a lot of motivation. Our classes and memberships are affordable and offer exercise programs that are designed to meet your specific health and fitness goals. The center is a comfortable and non-threatening environment where everybody finds something they enjoy and that works with their schedule.

Nutrition counseling is also available upon request. Come on down and get with the program! The week is just about done and we have all worked really hard. Remember to live, love and exercise every day. Put your focus on being consistent with these things instead of looking at the end result from day to day. As your focus and determination becomes being consistent with your daily exercise, your results will come.

Services
One hour personal sessions with trainer and client only.
Depending on data collected during fitness evaluation this hour can consist of cardio, strength, coordination, balance and flexibility training.
Your personal trainer will sit down prior to your visit and design a weekly program for you that targets your specific health and fitness needs.
They have an expertise in all different levels of fitness due to their background in physical therapy, exercise physiology and extensive training.
If you prefer to have a friend in your personal training sessions you can schedule a friend to come in and workout with you in a small group setting!
