InMotion is an officially licensed Spinning studio in Westford with a killer sound system, LED lighting, Star Trac Spinner bikes with computers, and a team of passionate, certified instructors. With a motivating group environment and music that begs your legs to pedal, you'll torch an average of 650 calories per 45 min class!. With our small group fitness classes, you'll get the results you want by working all the major muscle groups with classes such as Circuit Training, Metabolic Conditioning, Bodyworks, and more!.

Suzanne Lewis is the owner of InMotion Cycling and Fitness Studio.
As an original member of the studio and successful businesswoman in Chelmsford for the last 30 years, she is committed to providing the best possible experience to every person who comes to the studio!
Born and raised in Westford, he attended Westford Academy and earned his MBA in Business Administration in 2015.
He grew up participating in almost every sport available from Basketball, Football, Lacrosse, Crew to Golf, Snowboarding, Cross Country and Soccer.
Spinning is more than just an exercise, our classes offer a variety of movements, techniques, and hand positions, when combined, allow a great deal of creativity and personal expression.
From riders with no experience to those who have been indoor cycling for years, our classes can accommodate all skill levels so we can ride together!
From Circuit Training, Cardio Strength Intervals, Metabolic Conditioning, and everything in between, our group fitness classes will work all the major muscle groups so you can reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass, and burn calories more efficiently.

The difficulty of the class is at your discretion, we want you to ease into the experience of Spinning.
This is done by the use of the resistance knob, it is located on your bike and only you can adjust it.
If you're feeling too tired, lessen the resistance on the fly and keep pedaling.
If you're feeling great, add more resistance!
More resistance=better results and a much more fulfilling workout!
Sneakers are just fine, our bikes are fitted with baskets to put your feet in while your spinning.
We are partnered with Perkville to reward our members for doing what they already love to do: being active and staying in shape!
