Personal Training One-on-one or small group training programs built for you to gain strength and lose inches, without stressing your body to injury. Online Training & Coaching Online training and coaching program to move you towards your weight loss and fitness goals. This monthly exercise and coaching program keeps you motivated and accountable. Our online program utilizes Fitting Fitness In's online and mobile app.

Speaking and Corporate Events We offer a variety of packages for conference speaking, panels, and corporate programs. Virtual Programs for Seniors (Active Agers) We offer online Brains & Balance classes for seniors and a TV/Video series called Nutrition for Active Agers.

In 2002, certified personal trainer Holly Kouvo had a vision: to create an independent personal training company that teaches clients innovative ways to fit exercise into their daily lives.

Fitting Fitness In is such a challenge, but our At Home program offers you the flexibility to get fit on your own time.

At the first session, I do a fitness evaluation that includes testing strength, flexibility, and endurance along with a complete medical history and exercise profile of what you enjoy doing for exercise and what you don't enjoy.
Next, I develop your personal training program based on what you want to accomplish and what you like and don't like to do.
During the next visit or Zoom meeting, I show you the program exercises.
