I offer a whole body fitness experience that incorporates the seven dimensions of wellness (physical, emotional, social, environmental, occupational, intellectual and spiritual). The Whole Body Fitness Spa was founded in 2003 located in Westford MA. (servicing Westford, Chelmsford, LIttleton, Acton, Concord, Carlisle, Groton, Boxboro).
I am a ACE certified personal trainer since 1995 and fully trained in the STOTT Pilates Method.
I also have training in yoga and many other fitness disciplines as well as Thai Yoga Bodywork.
I became a MA licensed aesthetician in 2010.
