Shawn has 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, specializing in everything from weight loss, injury rehabilitation, military training, hypertrophy training, NPC contest preparation, general health and has an extensive background in nutrition from his years as an NPC competitive bodybuilder. Katie specializes in fat loss, muscle building, NPC contest preparation, general health and also has a vast knowledge of nutrition as she is currently an NPC Bikini Competitor.
Katie recently took a second place win in the 2020 NPC Sacramento Championships. She started her competitive career with a first place win in the 2017 NPC Sacramento Championships, third place in the 2018 NPC Golden State and third place in the 2018 NPC Tahoe Show. Shawn and Katie both come to Amador county with lots of experience and a love for fitness.
Ryan has been active in sports and fitness from the age of 3 and can't wait to share his knowledge with you! Sally makes sure her kiddos are taken care of and have a great experience while at New York Fitness!
