I have been in and around the fitness industry for over 15 years.

For 10 years I was an accomplished body builder and powerlifter competing in numerous NPC and AAU competitions.
After graduating from Daemen College, I worked throughout the WNY area as a personal trainer and strength coach for various fitness facilities.
I have had the opportunity to work on many different levels with numerous clientele.
