Fresh Start Fitness offers 24 hour keycard access so that members can exercise and tan on their own schedule. Our cardiovascular training center offers treadmills, stairmaster, elliptical trainers, arc trainers, recumbent, spin, and upright bikes.
On our main workout floor we offer selectorized circuit machines, strength training equipment, benches, fixed barbells and dumbbells, Olympic power racks and more.
