Ionia 24/7 Access Fitness offers a large selection of cardiovascular machines including treadmills, cross trainers, ellipticals, stair climbers, recumbent and upright bikes and cardiovascular entertainment. Ionia 24/7 Access Fitness Center also features a complete free weight area with incline, decline and flat benches, preset barbells and dumbbells, squat racks, leg press machines, cable machines and tons of Olympic-style plates.
Our gym main workout and conditioning floor provides our members with a large assortment of premium circuit training and selectorized strength training machines as well as a variety of functional training gear.
