2017 was a terrible year for me and had to change the way I was living so in 2018 I decided to start working out and change the way I ate.
Well I lost some weight and was working out at home everyday for a while.

I was always intimidated by gyms in general, but when I came to Powerfit, I felt like I was welcome and that it was a judge free zone.
