A class that is great for releasing some aggression! We use ground and pound techniques as well as kickboxing in a circuit style class sure to make you sweat. Total Body Conditioning is a full body workout that targets all of the major muscle groups. This workout is designed to contain challenging exercise that will increasestrength, decrease body fat and improve overall conditioning.

Perfect For Everybody and every body! Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. This class focuses on arms, core, legs, some cardio, repeat NO dancing in this class, we "HIT" that beat with our movements.

Core Fitness is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility. Vero Silver classes are Low impact/moderate classes geared towards 55+, however, all are welcome!
