The goal of our trial workout is not to crush you and show you how tough CrossFit workouts are (.if you stick with CrossFit you'll find that out in time!).
Rather, our trial workouts are designed to give you a safe and appropriate first taste of CrossFit.
The only thing it costs is an hour of your time!
Before any new athlete can begin taking regular classes we require that they complete our FUNDAMENTAL training program.

If you are an experienced CrossFitter, meaning that you train at an affiliate and are proficient with all or most movements, and you are thinking about doing a drop in class with us at The Rock, or you are thinking about switching Gyms, our normal drop in rate is $22.
However, if you are planning on attending for a few days, please make us aware of that at the time you contact us.
Please reach out to us with advanced notice before you drop in.

The skill components is designed to develop motor patterns for consistency of movement over extended rep ranges as well as working on developing new skills.
