Fitness handles and cable attachments are the most important part of any cable exercise machine because they dictate the relationship between movement and resistance.
Yet these critical components have been grossly neglected by the fitness equipment industry.
Most manufacturers of cable exercise equipment provide low cost handles and cable attachments that restrict the natural rotational movements of the upper body.
These restrictions force the body into unnatural movement patterns which places stress on joints and ligaments, promotes inefficient neuromuscular firing patterns and can lead to arthrokinetic dysfunction which can cause pain and repetitive stress injuries.
