Jeremy Flores is a group fitness instructor and personal trainer at BCKickboxing & Fitness in Malverne, New York (Nassau County). He is also a lifelong martial arts and physical training enthusiast, having done various forms of martial arts and physical disciplines such as Wing Chun Kung Fu (15+ years) and kickboxing/Thai boxing (4+ years). He offers personal training and group classes in all the martial arts he teaches.
