Hi, I am Lisa Huseman Hale, 36 years trainer, and original owner and creator of Z Total Body Fitness, here in Fenton. For 29 years, I worked for conglomerate gyms, where members were just a number, a swipe of a card, a face with no name, just going about their workout, most of them hating to even be there. My dream was to have my own gym one day. Where fun meets fitness, where members became my friends that turned into family members, not just a gym member without a name.

I always wanted a more personal, relational, safe and fun setting, where all ages and fitness levels would be welcomed. Where freestyle format classes would always be different, always challenging, never boring, but always fun, where time flies by and you can't believe you've been working out for 2 hours. ZTB has the friendliest members, best instructors with over 100 years experience in fitness, all on one mission.
