CrossFit Ballwin is a community driven by fitness. Our members drive, support and compete against each other for better fitness results. Our dedicated coaching team will be there to develop your movements for a smooth transition into CrossFit! CrossFit is this big scary word to some people and usually when people hear it they say "that's too intense for me, or I'm too scared to try that" or the best one, "I don't want to get bulky".

Services
Our Foundations Class is designed for new members to get a grip on all the basics of CrossFit.
You will learn the technique and skills necessary to enroll in regular CrossFit classes.
We hope that this is the point that you want to begin or take your health/fitness to the next level.

This will give us a chance to introduce you to the CrossFit Theory, basic movements for the workout & the WOD (workout of the day).

Functional Movements: The exercises or movements performed are based on what you might do on a daily, weekly or monthly bases.
By practicing everyday movements we become functionally stronger & prolong the ability to perform daily task.
High Intensity: This is relative to the persons ability or A.K.A. "Relative Intensity".
Your form on the movements is still very important in order to perform safe manageable movement.
For most, the intensity level will come with good coaching and comfort level of the movement.

Why did you join CrossFit Ballwin?
I joined CrossFit Ballwin to take control of my health and to get into great shape.
When I first joined, I was looking for an environment that would help me make my health and fitness a priority by integrating it into my everyday.

I have been doing CrossFit for about 4 years now and have been to many gyms.
The owner and coach, Trent was so welcoming and nice the moment I entered.
The environment is really relaxed and friendly and not he least bit intimidating but also gives you structure so you know what to do and what you will be doing.
You can tell he really cares about his clients and wants them to understand the movements and are safe before they add weight.
