My name is Alex. I started ForeverFit because I noticed a lack of quality personal trainers in a typical gym setting. Most trainers found in a commercial gyms are under qualified, experienced, and limited on how they train their clients. ForeverFit offers a unique approach to personal training and group fitness that is fun and effective! It is also backed by science.

The relationship between a client and trainer should be personal. In the commercial fitness setting the personal aspect to training can be lost. I focus on building relationships with my clients to emphasize this. If you are looking for a unique personal training experience try ForeverFit! Fitness should last a lifetime and since I am an independent trainer I am able to commit myself to my clients.

My schedule is open to clients most hours of the day. Foreverfit is open from 5am to 8pm. If you are able to come in during an open time slot I will be here. I am a credentialed trainer. I have my M.S. in Gerontology, B.S. in Exercise Science & Health and Wellness, and ACSM Exercise Physiologist certificate.

Vo2peak Field test- Using the queens college step test, rock-port walk test or other variant your Vo2-peak is measured.
