If you can't train with us at IronBody Fitness, then consider our Online Training program. It's the same as our in-person, Personal Training solution but delivered via my online training app and includes videos of all the exercises and support via email or Messenger.

I'm back (gone 2 years)! Feeling like the prodigal daughter I have returned to IBF and Dave Randolph for training. After a nasty fall and shoulder repair sidelined me, I tried swimming, Faster Way, CrossFit and a home workout during CV-19 shut down. I developed severe right knee pain that would not subside after a few days rest. I was re-irritating it with with every workout.

Four weeks ago I asked Dave for help and I feel stronger, very little pain, and I can work out regularly again. Dave knew exactly how to begin to correct the knee problem.

I'm the owner and head coach of Iron Body Fitness and I have spent the past 20+ years learning how to help others move, look and feel better.
I've studied the Martial Arts (I'm a 6th Degree Black Belt in Shaolin Kung Fu and a Level 3 Instructor in Balintawak Escrima), and I was one of the first people in the US to become a certified Kettlebell instructor, way back in 2002.
In high school you played one or more sports and were healthy and fit.
You went to college and tried to stay active but you gained the college 15 and your fitness levels declined as you went through school, but you were still in decent shape.
You graduated college and went to work for a corporation, or maybe you stayed in school and got an advanced degree.
You got married and had kids, you were working 50, 60 or more hours a week and barely had time for family, outside weekends and the occasional vacation.
I was one of the first in the US to become a certified kettlebell trainer under Pavel Tatsouline, who is credited with bringing kettlebells to the US in 1999.
I've presented at regional conferences for the NSCA as well as the Midwest Performance Seminar.
I've also been featured on Local TV and newspapers Fox-41, WHAS-11, and the Courier Journal.
I've been a martial arts instructor since 1992 and currently teach Balintawak Escrima and Counter Blade Tactics under Guro Jerome Teague.
