Meet Dr. Ziegele! Sara completed her Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Movement Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2010.
She further went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at UW-Madison in 2013.
Since then she has spent her career working with athletes ranging from Olympians, Ironmen, and semiprofessional athletes to casual weekend warriors.
She has clinical expertise in treating orthopaedic injuries and runners of all levels and specializes in gait analysis and return to running programs.

Through a combination of therapies including fascial stretch therapy and dry needling, we help keep you healthy and on track to achieve your goals.
Fascial Stretching targets fascial components deep inside joint capsules, ligaments, tendons and muscles as well as all other connective tissue.
Using free weights, TRX straps, battle ropes, tractor tires, medicine balls we put you through a series of 45-50 minute challenging routines that will put you in the best shape of your life.
Our Bootcamp classes have been designed with safe and effective exercises, stressing proper form, technique and safety.
Using a combination of poses inspired by ballet, yoga, and pilates we focus on isometric strength training (holding your body still while focusing on working a select group of muscles) and combine them with sets of high rep range-of-motion movements to give you a workout that will help tone your body.
