Jacklyn Hammond is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and specializes in orthopedic and manual therapy.

Jacklyn has special interests in treating athletes including runners, weight lifters, and team sport participants. Using tools like integrative dry needling, movement re-education, and progressive strength and conditioning, Jacklyn seeks to keep you at your very best! Pilates exercises train several muscle groups at once in smooth, continuous movements.

By developing proper technique, you can re-train your body to move in safer, more efficient patterns of motion - invaluable for injury recovery, sports performance, good posture and optimal health. Proformance works with athletes of all age levels.
Services
COL (Retired) Reese Turner is a native of Dayton, Ohio.
He served 31 years in the U.S. Army rising from the rank of Second Lieutenant to the rank of full bird Colonel.
Reese's military career included assignments in key command and staff positions in Germany, Oklahoma, Hawaii, Nevada, Kansas, North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Kentucky.
Reese led Soldiers at all levels from 50 to over 500 Soldiers into combat.
Boot Camp is a total transformation, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) military-style boot camp led by Reese.
