In-person classes are back! If you have specific questions about our future offerings or what to expect please feel free to reach out with questions. Feedback is always welcome so if you don't see something on the schedule that you might like, reach out and let us know! Lydia is awesome! I spent 3 months, 3 times a week at a physiotherapist and she did more in three weeks than they did in the 3 months.

She listened to my issues and then used her vast knowledge to help deal with the problems. When I walked in to her studio, I was limping and walking like an old lady. I may still be old (Lydia can't fix that) but I am no longer walking like it.

Students are often attracted to the Yoga Trapeze for spinal traction and passive backbends, but very quickly they learn that the functional pulling and grip strength offered compliments a mat-based yoga practice to create a full-body fitness routine.
A yoga practice or exercise routine that integrates The Yoga Trapeze, even if just once or twice per week, includes pushing, pulling, holding, twists, backbends, forward bends, hip opening and so much more.
You can work your shoulders, calm your nerves, and leave class floating on air.
Massage offers many excellent benefits to our bodies.
Improved blood and oxygen flow decreases pain, it helps move nutrients to muscle cells and removes waste products.
By triggering physical relaxation, massage relieves tight muscles and releases nerve compression that cause back pain and sciatica.
Massage provides greater flexibility and range of motion, and enhances energy.
Medical massage helps heal scar tissue and reduces ligament, tendon and muscle tears.
After breast surgery medical massage is essential to ensure proper lymphatic drainage.
Statistics show that 80% of the population will have a back pain issue at some point in their life.
LACK OF FLEXIBILITY in the shoulders, back muscles, hips, and tops of the legs can lead to injury and chronic pain.
How does this happen?
Working at a computer all day, commuting to work, lifting weights all create a "locked-up" spine.
A locked-up spine is at least 2-5x's more injury prone than a loosy-goosy one.
In this way, mobility and flexibility are essential for long-term spinal health.
LACK OF STRENGTH in your core leaves your spine unsupported and vulnerable.
