What is being fit mean to you? To be totally fit there are 5 components: body composition, cardio endurance, flexibility, muscular endurance and strength. Our workout focuses on all five while getting your heart rate up and strengthening your muscles at the same time.

We practice Functional Fitness to use multiple muscle groups in an integrated way, and with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) there is an "after burn" effect, so in addition to muscle building you increase your metabolism and burn more calories for several hours after.Circuit Training is an arrangement of "stations" involving cardio endurance and resistance training.

As you go from one station to another with equipment like medicine balls, kettlebells, battle rope, ab exercises, wall balls and more, you engage multi muscle groups. For a relatively simple piece of equipment, the heavy bag delivers many amazing benefits. It's a full-body workout that sharpens self-defense skills and helps create a defined, muscular body.

First and foremost we have an awesome fitness community with awesome members, a team of dedicated instructors, and knowledgeable staff members who are passionate about helping members accomplish their goals.
We offer group kickboxing and boxing style classes, one-on-one training, plus cardio, strength, and functional-style training machines and equipment in our open-air boutique fitness studio located in downtown West Palm Beach.

Ed Shepherd created workouts based on programs involving strength and aerobic circuits, which are very effective and require less time, and nutrition strategies that are sustainable and enjoyable.

Steve Shepherd is a five-time world kickboxing champion and a top pioneer kickboxing promoter in the state of Florida.
He defeated eight world champions from five weight divisions, four of them during their championship reigns.
He also decisioned future world champions Don Wilson, Ted Pryor, Dale "Apollo" Cook and Bob "Thunder" Thurman.
We offer a range of membership programs designed to meet the needs of our clients budget and attendance.
