Here at Trautman Fitness, our workouts are designed to get you moving like nature intended. Our natural, fundamental movement pattern is gait cycle; that is, crawling, walking, and running. Every other movement we do, like swinging, jumping, cutting, throwing, etc. is a variation of gait cycle. Likewise, any muscle imbalance will create inefficient movement restrictions at one or more points in our gait cycle which cause limited athleticism and even pain and injuries.
We combine a wide variety of gait-cycle-based strength training with stretching and mobility in to a full-body circuit training workout to build functional, athletic strength, speed, power, endurance, and injury resilience. Additionally, we frequently incorporate the Globus Genesy 3000+, a state-of-the-art electrostimulator, in our workouts which helps us identify and strengthen the muscular weaknesses in the body causing the movement restrictions that lead to reduced performance, fitness, pain and injuries.
