As a family, we are all happy with not only the people we train with directly at Pinnacle but also the staff that is always there to help or share a laugh or two. Our experience at Pinnacle has always been wonderful and we look forward to many more sessions ahead! I'm a wife, mother of three and a nurse practitioner. I've been working out with Phil for thirteen years.

I can tell you that no two workouts have ever been the same and I continue to grow stronger, more agile and to develop better coordination and balance every year. We are a boutique health and fitness club in Westport, Connecticut. We are dedicated to helping you improve your quality of life through personal one on one, professional health and fitness coaching.

In his 22 + years as a personal trainer, Phil has logged over 30,000 hours in one-to-one personal training with his clients.
To maintain a training edge that keeps clients enthused and dedicated, Phil attends industry conferences and events to keep pace of new training techniques and tools.
He is a frequent guest speaker at events and has consulted in the opening of several fitness facilities.
He currently holds a Bronze level coaching card through USA Wrestling coaches education program and is the Director of the youth wrestling program for 2nd - 8th grade children at the Easton Community Center.

Our expert staff will help you get stronger, look better, and prevent injuries.
In addition, our trainers can help you increase balance, increase flexibility, and give you more energy.
Pinnacle offers state of the art strength training programs to meet a wide variety of goals.
Practice Yoga in an atmosphere of serenity with our Pinnacle instructors.
Your private yoga sessions will include yoga postures that allow you to increase flexibility, improve breathing, enhance balance, strength and offer peace.
The Peloton spinning experience is the best of the best.
The bike streams daily live classes to give you a private interactive spinning experience.
A sign up sheet will be available at the front desk to reserve your 60 minute session.
We ask that you reserve your time slot at least 24 hours in advance to ensure you get the time you want.
As of now, we will book out as far as one week in advance.
Suggest the proper equipment that will maximize the space available for your fitness program.
Purchase equipment on your behalf or give you contact information to purchase on your own.
Match you with a trainer for online or in-home training.
Trainer may or may not be affiliated with Pinnacle or we can match you with a Pinnacle trainer for training at Pinnacle.
Pinnacle is the only fitness facility to host a gym within a gym.
Select training within our private personal training facility is for those who still have some trepidation about fitness with additional people around or for those who are at high risk.
Pinnacle has an additional small studio just for you.
The room is just off the entrance/exit which limits interaction with other members and staff and offers privacy as if you are at home with your own trainer.
Book your select training appointment in advance to reserve the room.
