John is a recognized Certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy and Sports Medicine (NASM) and the Athletics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
He holds specialty certifications through Platoon Outdoor Bootcamps and NASM, including Corrective Exercise Specialist, Resistance Training, and Cardiovascular Training for Performance.
John and his wife, Alissa, opened Living Fitness to provide a professional, motivating, and personalized one on one training experience.

Our 2,000 square foot studio features a cardio area with a variety of cardiovascular training equipment to fit your needs.
An open strength training floor allows for a variety of training methods such as rope training, kickboxing, TRX Suspension, kettle bells, slide board and agility training.
We are proud to use Cybex treadmills, cross trainers, functional trainers, plate loaded and free weight strength equipment.
