Because of our small class sizes we ask that you sign up for a class online.
You can sign up for classes 5 days in advance.
If you have to cancel, you must do so 12 hours before the class to avoid cancellation fees.
If you have a class pass you are permitted to use the gym immediately before or immediately after your class.
