All my life I've been involved in sports virtually year-round.
In the winter, it was basketball; in the spring, baseball and track kept me busy; in the summer, golf was my sport; and in the fall, football reigned supreme.
3D Fitness also offers on-line training for those who are outside of the Louisville area.
This is also convenient for those in the area who already have a fitness background and have access to resistance and cardio equipment.
We stay in constant communication through email and you can send photos to track your progress.

3D Fitness designs programs for figure, bikini, and bodybuilders looking to get into peak conditioning for a show.
This program is at the 3D Fitness studio and is between the client and trainer only.
A common mistake made by most individuals seeking to improve their overall health or trying to lose weight is omitting resistance training from their plans.
Most will try diets or at least some form of aerobic activity; however few ever consider the importance of resistance training.

Most types of cells including the heart, nerves, and brain can only produce energy aerobically.

Because of this, the aerobic energy system is the predominant energy system in the body.
During the 24 hours in a day, approximately 60 minutes will be spent exercising.
