I am a personal trainer, fitness coach and group instructor with you in mind. For years, my goal has been to help people reach their own potential and have fun doing it. Exercise should be appropriately challenging and make you feel awesome. It is so rewarding to see the new things your body is capable of. Whether you're newer to exercise, want a different challenge to spice up your routine, or just want someone to push you, everyone has something to gain.

Energy begets energy. With over 11 years of experience, my credentials include NASM certified personal trainer, Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Kids, STRONG by Zumba, AFAA group exercise, TRX trainer, pre/post-natal training, strength training for older adults, and of course CPR/AED training. This is 2, 3, or 4 people in a group workout. Semi-private sessions give an extra benefit of peer motivation while still being challenged at you're own level.

Groups can be self chosen or arranged if possible. This is simply one-on-one. You get individualized exercises, personal feedback, corrections, and motivation throughout the session.
