We have an Olympic Area were you will learn, develop or fine tune your lifts with others who are striving for perfection in Olympic lifting. We have a Power Lifting area where you are encouraged to be loud, where you not only have a partner but a group of partners rooting for you on your next lift.
This is where you will never run out of weight or motivation, so forget those other gyms that have "lurk alerts" or Silver Gym where you can't get loud. Workout where your true BEAST can come out. Finally we have our Grindstone group, for those who like traditional boxes (gym) and LOVE Workout Of the Day's (WOD's).
