Due to the limited capacity for in-person classes, you MUST pre-register for any in-person classes. Per CDC/State mask mandate: masks must be worn in the studio at all times regardless of vaccination status. Conveniently located in Fremont, CA, Mind Body Zone provides the best in yoga and pilates classes and is easily accessible to residents in Newark, Union City, Hayward, San Jose, Milpitas, Pleasanton, and Sunol.
Led by our experienced instructors, we offer a variety of yoga classes for all levels of practice; such as vinyasa, hatha, gentle yoga and prenatal. To deepen your practice, we offer regular Workshops throughout the year. In addition, we are a full service Pilates studio and offer mat pilates classes, reformer classes and private sessions. As a Registered Yoga School (RYS), we offer a 200 hour Yoga Teaching Training Program.
This program is for those who want to learn more about yoga and deepen their personal practice or for those interested in pursuing a career as a yoga instructor.

I am new to the studio, how do I begin?
We recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out any necessary paperwork and/or change into your attire for your practice.

Whether your intention is to deepen your personal practice or obtain the skills and knowledge to become an effective instructor, this program is diverse and non-denominational, covering all aspects of Hatha Yoga.
Upon successful completion of the program, one is eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200).
