Magnolia Fitness Center is using GoldShield Technologies antimicrobialcleaners. It is a water based, surface penetrating compound with a positive charge that draws bacteria to its surface. Once the bacteria and other microbes are on the surface, the compound disrupts the cell walls leaving them harmless. Members are requested to towel off machines and equipment after use.

Hand sanitizer is requested upon entry. We are a 24 Hour Access Gym located in Magnolia, Texas, one block off of FM1774. Our facility boasts leading-edge equipment, yet retains the casual feel of a neighborhood gym. Simply put, Magnolia Fitness Center is a place for people who are serious about achieving physical fitness. We are committed to providing our members with the tools they need for an effective, efficient and enjoyable exercise program.

Magnolia fitness center (in old magnolia behind the Methodist church) has lots of classes: PiYo, yoga, booty barre, etc. No membership required - $5 drop in fee. We have a multitude of Fitness Classes, including Water Exercise and Boot Camps.

Natasha is an experienced personal trainer with more than 8 years' experience.
An exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and cardio training.
The class is designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they would push themselves.
One boot camp workout might stress strength and calisthenics while another stresses Cardio.
In most cases, you can expect to do weight machines, core work, lunges, crunches as well as drills and sprints.
A fun class with upbeat music that is the perfect combination of ballet, strength, and flexibility, combined into a cardio format without jumping or impact on the joints.
Magnolia Fitness Center partners with Senior Fitness programs to provide free or nearly free access to fitness.
Regular physical activity combined with good nutrition can reduce the number of visits to the doctor or hospital, positively affect diseases (heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, COPD and arthritis), enhance feelings of well-being and reduce feelings of depression and anxiety.
The partner pays Magnolia Fitness Center a set amount each time a member signs in for a workout.
