Absolutely the BEST gym ever! Fun family environment with plenty of support and encouragement! Perfect for ALL fitness levels, ages, backgrounds, etc. Cass and Tr honestly and wholeheartedly LOVE what they do and make sure we get the safest and most effective workouts! They saved my life when I was unhealthy and in a dark sad place. They brought light into my world and I'm forever grateful for what they've done for me, my family, my coworkers and my friends!

I've even invited perfect strangers to join in on the fun and they're still part of our family! Our fitness family is second to none and is the GREATEST group of people! I definitely recommend Beast Body if you're looking for a gym family, not just some place to workout, but a place to be part of something beautiful and amazing!
