Whether you are new to CrossFit or want to brush up on the basics, we offer our fundamental program (elements). Once you have finished this required course, you are ready to join regularly scheduled classes! At CrossFit Rail Trail we offer a variety of programs and membership options, including Teens and Kids! Our number one priority at CFRT is the welfare of our members.
Whether you are here to lose weight, stay fit, or prepare for a competition our coaches are here to make sure you are comfortable performing the movements and your workouts are scaled appropriately. We pride ourselves on educating our members and providing them with the tools to workout safely. We are here to answer any and all questions you may have, so please do not hesitate to ask!
