Getting in shape is not meant to be a torturous endeavor.
There might be days when you just want to be relaxed and calm and days when you need to have the extra energy to drive the kids all over town, or getting on the business trip requires a travel workout.
I believe getting fit should be enjoyed, it should set you up for a successful day.
That's why I started Oak Park Fitness Studio, because I believe workouts should be personalized to be effective.
I believe in asking questions to personalize each workout to prepare you or unwind you from the day.
One of our team leaders will meet with you virtually.
We'll ask you some questions, guide you through a physical assessment, discuss your goals and put you through a sample 20-minute workout routine.
From there, if you decide to join us, we'll set you up with one of our awesome trainers and.
You will receive workout confirmations, reminders and your workout link all via email.
All you have to do is click through at your designated times, ready to work and have some fun.
Behind the scenes we'll be collaborating closely to ensure you're on-track, making progress and avoiding plateaus.
