I met Dr Sean at a Crossfit seminar for shoulder health. Decided I needed to see him. In a matter of a couple visits I had relief and I continue to improve.

The key difference in treatment was the up front analysis. Additionally, Dr Sean is a Crossfitter like me so he knows what my movements are like and what I need to do in training. I continue to improve. We are now working on other issues where prior PT had not gotten me to where I need or want to be.

After meeting in physical therapy school at Saint Louis University, Dan and Sean began to discuss what they envisioned physical therapy could be.
They both envisioned a different model for physical therapy.
Their vision was that a physical therapist would be a vital player on an individual's medical team.
Through their blended model of physical therapy and fitness, Dan and Sean allow their clients to seamlessly transition from physical therapy goals to fitness goals.
And in the event of injury or change in mobility, their clients have instant access to their physical therapist and can restart their care without delay.

So for example, if someone injured their back years ago, but they are still experiencing symptoms long after the signs of inflammation and tissue injury are gone, this would be referred to as chronic pain.
Everybody experiences pain differently.
While acute pain is often characterized by redness, swelling, or warmth, chronic pain is not always visible to someone who is not experiencing it.

Data found through the national safety council reports that there is an injury every 7 seconds adding up to 4,600,000 injuries a year.
