I, Carly Williams, have a B.S. in Kinesiology, NASM personal training & nutrition certified, went through the transformation myself, and have produced over 100 long term success stories.

You can't tell me a single mom of 3 kids, with a full time job on her feet, who works out 4x a week, should be doing the same thing as an 18 year old in school only. There is no way. Carly has been a huge inspiration for me for the time I have been training with her.
With coping through family issues, Carly has pushed me to my potential and not let me give up. She has let me get my anger out in my workouts and gave me workouts to do on my own when I needed a push when I didn't have a training session.
