BAM (Balance and Movement) Fitness is the first training facility utilizing High speed Cameras & Biomechanical software to analyze youth athletes' biomechanics in order to maximize performance & reduce the risk of injury. We will treat every client/athlete and family member like our own family. We will use the most up-to-date evidence based research in all our training programs to correct biomechanics, maximize performance, and reduce the risk of injury.

We utilize SIMI High Speed Cameras & Software to capture movements consistent with your sport (jumping, cutting, decelerating, & lateral movement) and analyze data.
Assesses performance potential & risk of injury.
You will be taken through a series of tasks that assess balance, running symmetry, and muscle strength.
Assesses running mechanics to identify possible cause of injury or biomechanical tendencies that may result in future injury and to maximize running performance.
Assesses cycling mechanics to identify possible cause of injury or discomfort during cycling.
