Founded By Paul Looney and former Boston Bruin Steve Leach in 1992, PRO-FITNESS PLUS in Billerica, MA has helped everybody from professional athletes, wrestlers, bodybuilders, hard working moms and dads, teens through middle-aged and everybody in between achieve their fitness goals.

An hour-long Spin class can burn anywhere from 400-1000 calories depending on the intensity of the class and the amount that you push yourself.
