Our memberships can be canceled at anytime, there are no long term commitments. Upon your first visit to our sports club, you will be given a hard copy membership agreement to sign.

Tewksbury Sports Club offers Large Group Personal Training taught by the area's best Exercise Physiologists.
These large group specialized training's include TSC Burn, OCR Bootcamp (Obstacle Course Race), Beginner Yoga Workshops, Tread Shred, TRX Group, Women's Boxing & Muay Thai, Men's Boxing & Muay Thai.
All of these are in addition to our second to none 1 on 1 and small group personal training programs.
Our Group EX Classes include: Barre Strength, Cardio Strength, Spin, Pilaxing, Kick Boxing, Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Les Mills BODYPUMP, Les Mills CXWORK, Les Mills SPRINT and MORE!
Our Group EX classes cater to members of all fitness levels, BEGINNERS WELCOME!

Barre Strength - Classes include components of Pilates, yoga, and ballet; utilizing the ballet bar participants use their own body weight to achieve long, lean muscles.
