4 Leaf Fitness' mission is to motivate and inspire others to achieve their health and fitness goals through fun & functional movement. Limited to just 10 per class, Adults at Play is filled with engaging movements including Circuit Training, High Intensity Interval Training, Tabata, Sports Drills, Hill Training, and more. Expect use of ones own body weight during sessions as well as fun equipment such as kettle bells, ropes, bands, bosu balls, and so much more.

When did I start my fitness journey?
My fitness journey started at a young age.
My mother loved fitness and was always very health conscious.
I would tag along with her to her Jazzercise classes where I would sit and watch and sometimes even participate in the classes, always inspired by how much fun all of the women in class were having.
That modeling led me to begin working out at the gym when I entered college and I haven't stopped since!
I love the feeling I get from working out and also like to motivate others around me to do their personal best.

My training style incorporates various techniques including Resistance Training, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Tabata, and Calisthenics.
I prefer to continually mix up techniques and style because it's important to keep the body guessing, always challenged, and of course for it to be fun.
I don't believe in quick fixes.
I believe that it is important to teach my clients how to adopt a healthy, realistic lifestyle that they will love and that will become second nature.
Most importantly, working out shouldn't feel like a chore!
