Monthly membership at South Park Fitness is $60.00 a month and includes unlimited access, free towels, showers, friendly staff, easy parking and no contracts. A one time $50.00 registration fee is required at sign up. South Park Fitness is not just a gym. We are a result based personal training center that provides education, motivation, and accountability for those who are serious about getting into shape.

They have a military discount, and no contract.
The staff is super friendly and everyone seems to know each other and want to help.
While the gym is small, it has everything you need to get in a good workout, and then some.
There's also a little outdoor yard area in the back, which is nice for getting a lift in on a sunny day.
They have several treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes.
There is one squat rack, one smith machine, and one bench press, and then multiple benches throughout the gym for other uses.

We have a Jump Start Program that gives a client three personal training sessions designed specifically with their goals in mind.
It teaches what kind of workout would be best and how to perform proper techniques.
After the first three sessions, members receive a written workout that they can do on their own.
It is only necessary to check back in with a trainer when questions come up.
Some of our clients have lower backpain, a work or sports injury or a specific strength training or weight loss goal.

The South Park Fitness Jump Start Program is three personal training sessions where a personal trainer will assess your specific health needs and goals and create a unique workout routine for you.
The Jump Start Program is by appointment only.
