Roots Fitness in San Diego provides Personal & Group Fitness Training to those who want to take their fitness to another level. Tina relocated from Chicago to San Diego in October of 2005 to begin her career in the Fitness Industry after spending 7 years in the Fashion Industry.
Needing a different outlet for her creativity and wanting to pursue her love for activity, Tina became certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer and Instructor for Indoor Cycling classes.
After many years operating as V Fit San Diego, she decided it was time to move forward with confidence and a clearer vision for her business, now called Roots Fitness.
Each program consists of cardiovascular, strength, balance, agility and flexibility components and is designed to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual.
Whether its weight loss, gaining strength, reducing body fat, increasing mobility in joints or just wanting to move better and feel better, Roots Fitness can help.
Once the fitness assessment (optional) is complete, the program is then designed for the clients.
The key is guiding, motivating and educating each client on the importance of how & why we exercise the body, how to correctly perform the exercises to avoid injury while gaining efficiency, and finally, how healthier food choices compliment this activity.
