I first went on Friday after Thanksgiving, wasn't sure what to expect. Thanks to Ryan and Alicia for helping me learn the moves properly and showing me ways to modify. I can't do all the moves due to multiple surgeries, but I still did what my body let me. I would recommend anyone going to this class. I have been coming to this gym for 2 months now and you never know until your there what kind of workout your going to have!

Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging and Coach Ryan and Alicia are just amazing, they know their stuff! If your reading this, I challenge you to try it! It's worth it! I love the atmosphere here. The owners, Ryan and Alicia, are very knowledgeable, great programmers, and super helpful coaches. The other clients are like family and we just have fun throwing weights around, challenging ourselves and motivating each other.

They constantly offer helpful information like nutrition seminars or chiropractic evaluations for free. Plus they have the cutest, friendliest gym dog ever!

Our primary focus will be to optimize your fitness and health.
However, you will find, as many of our other members have, that what we teach at CrossFit Recreate will have a larger impact than just improve how much weight you can lift or how fast you can run.
Other benefits may include: improved sleep, more self-confidence, expanded social circles, better nutrition, and an awareness of what you are truly capable of.
CrossFit is a training program that builds functional strength and conditioning through daily workouts that are constantly varied and are sure to push you to your limits.
We train your body to be capable of taking on any physical challenge life throws at you.
This 1:1 course is designed to familiarize beginners with all of the fundamental movements needed to safely and effectively perform CrossFit workout.
You will learn each movement in detail and at your own pace.
The 1:1 time with a coach allows you to get comfortable with each skill and gives your coach the opportunity to learn about you.
To be a part of the Committed Club, you must check in to CrossFit/ReBoot class and WOD 17 times* or more in one month.
Being a part of the committed club is an honor and a testament to your commitment to fitness and self-improvement through consistency.

While many are hitting hibernation mode, our athletes are jumping into the autumn season crushing goals, staying consistent in their efforts and making progress to.
