Since 1990, the G&G Fitness Companies have evolved into one of the premier sources of fitness solutions in the United States. In 1990, Gordy and his brother Glenn Gronkowski opened their first specialty fitness dealership: G & G Fitness Equipment, Inc. By 1997, G&G Fitness Equipment, Inc. expanded out into Rochester and Syracuse, NY and quickly became one of the most successful fitness retailers in the nation.
By 2000, G&G Fitness expanded to Pittsburgh, PA. Four years later G & G Fitness expanded once again to North East Ohio including Cleveland and Akron. In 2006 G&G Fitness continued its expansion by purchasing the highly respected five- store chain in southern Ohio called "The Fitness Store."
This latest expansion leaves G&G Fitness and its sister company, The Fitness Store, as a fifteen- store chain with over 80 employees, making us the largest and most experienced fitness equipment dealer in every market we serve, including Pittsburgh, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Cleveland, Akron, Columbus, Dayton and Cincinnati.

After I got tired of having to memorize silly practice routines, I switched to rock climbing but balked at how the local gym was always crawling with kids.
Eventually, I did some research online and found out about kettlebells.
I found a certain program, joined Planet Fitness to try it out on the cheap, and really liked the initial results even with PF's toy weights, so I decided to buy real kettlebells and exercise at home.
