Group X is a small group workout class with 4 members max. All fitness levels are welcome. From the beginner athlete to the more experienced lifter, classes will be sure to get you strong AF and have fun doing it. Your body type and lifestyle are one of a kind; and you deserve a program that is carefully designed and tailored. I will help you achieve optimal health and strength with sessions that combine a unique fusion of therapy and creative athletic style training.

Fitness is more than just exercising: it's about the quality of sleep, food, and movement all bundled up into one. I work closely with you to fully assess your body and lifestyle and provide you with the proper tools in making the most informed decision.

The combination of my clinical experience as an Occupational therapist for eight years and personal trainer allows me to create a personalized program tailored to your body type to achieve optimum health.

Born and raised in Miami FL.
Being an endurance athlete, Ironman trainee, and Boston Marathon qualifier, proper nutrition and fitness have always been my way of life.
I began my career as an Occupational Therapist in 2009 to help those who are in need of rehabilitation.
Over time, I realized that I wanted to work with the full spectrum of people: those who are just starting their fitness journey, athletes who want that extra kick to boost their performance, and those who are regaining fundamental strength after an injury.
Through online personal training, you'll have a dedicated trainer working with you personally to reach all of your fitness goals.
Sessions are 45 min in duration.
Lucia will provide you with all the information to be successful and will maintain ongoing contact to ensure actions are executed.
It starts with a detailed questionnaire to obtain all information necessary to customize your experience.
Then Lucia curates a custom program to help achieve your goals.
Learn new exercises, communicate with Lucia and watch as your life and body composition transform over time.
Finding the right personal trainer is extremely important and it's why I offer two intro sessions for all new clients: $200 for personal and partner training.
Intro sessions are required for personal training clients and partner training clients to discuss your individual/shared goals, nutrition, and complete body movement assessments.
This will help me better understand your current state of strength, flexibility, and endurance.
1st session - You'll get a tour of the private studio, we'll talk goals, health, injuries, etc.

Lucia Fitness offers flexible monthly packages to keep you accountable and consistent to achieve faster results!
I provide guidance on nutrition, positive lifestyle choices, and exercise programs for you to do outside the sessions that help keep you on track.
Custom Fit is two separate studios in one location.
Both studios are specifically designed for personal training, partner and small group training.
