My name is Steve Hess with Fighting 4 Fitness, I am a premier Dallas based trainer. I am a coach that offers personal training, nutritional counseling, martial arts, and corporate wellness/self defense seminars. Steve creates plans that are structured to get results and suit your lifestyle. I work one-on-one with clients to establish a uniquely tailored fitness program.

My programs aid in addressing specific health concerns, your personal goals, and your body type. I help clients of all ages and fitness levels and work well with Type A motivated people. I address nutrtion issues and building functional strength for real-life use that will relieve stress and make you more productive at work and home. I integrate a variety of cardiovascular, strength-building, and stretching exercises that help you build a stronger core, correct your posture, and will improve your health.

With over 20 years of strength training, martial arts and nutrition experience, Steve posses a wealth of knowledge about the human body and the proper nutrition required to keep it running at an optimal level.
His journey started with strength training as a teenager, and then he began studying the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in his early twenties.
